Fynbos Flavoured Butter
Enhance the flavour of butter by infusing it with the pungent aroma of (1) Buchu, the woody essence of (2) Snow bush, or the fragrant notes of (3) Cape Mountain Sage, then spread it generously on a piece of warm, crusty ciabatta bread. This is delicious on its own or with salads and breakfast eggs.

Buchu butter and seared steak are delicious served with roast potatoes and steamed veg. Fynbos butters pair well with gnocchi and pasta dishes as well as roast veg. Snow bush butter adds wonderful rich flavours to mushroom sauce.
