Your stay on the reserve
You choose how you stay. Suites and villas sit with the lodges and share their game drives and meals. Private residences run to your own hours with your own guide, chef and vehicle. Reservations will suggest the stay that fits your dates and your party. A conservation fee is charged separately for each stay and goes to a registered conservation fund.
Kwena Lodge
For guests aged 12 and over
Kwena Lodge suites
You stay in a stand alone suite at Kwena Lodge, for up to two adults. Ten suites and four luxury suites sit quietly in the fynbos with king or twin beds and long views over the reserve.
What you’ll find
Morning and afternoon game drives each day, with drinks and snacks on the vehicle.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Filtered water, coffee and tea in your suite and at meals.
Housekeeping and turndown.
Wi-Fi in the lodge and in your suite.
Use of Kwena Lodge.

Kwena Villas
You take an exclusive use villa beside Kwena Lodge. Three or four ensuite bedrooms sleep up to six or eight guests. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen open onto a deck with a barbecue and reserve views. Transfers run to and from the lodge for meals and drives.

Kwena Lodge is for guests aged 12 and over. Families with younger children stay at Lehele.

Lehele Lodge
The family lodge, from any age
Lehele Villas
You take an exclusive use villa on the eastern side of the reserve. Three or four ensuite bedrooms sleep up to eight. Lounge, dining and kitchen open onto a deck with a barbecue and reserve views. Lehele may need a short self drive between the villa and the main lodge for meals and drives, on roads suited to ordinary cars.

Exclusive use, with your own guide and chef
Black Rhino Villa
You stay above the valley with the Outeniqua mountains ahead of you. The villa sleeps up to six and runs to your rhythm, with your own field guide, vehicle and chef for the length of your stay.

Ulubisi House
You take Ulubisi House as your own. Three ensuite bedrooms sleep six adults, or four adults and four children. The living spaces open onto a deck with a pool and hot tub over the reserve and the mountains and marked trails run from the house through the protected species area.

Your own chef, butler and housekeeper.
