Kwena Lodge

Kwena Suites

Kwena Luxury Suites
Experience elevated comfort at Kwena Lodge, where four stand-alone luxury bedroom suites (king or twin beds) offer a refined sanctuary for up to two adults. Each suite features a fire place, both indoor and outdoor showers, a spacious bathtub, and a private sun deck — the perfect place to unwind and take in the sights and sounds of the wilderness.
Guests also have access to the lodge’s shared facilities, including a large infinity pool, elegant bar and lounge, and multiple indoor dining areas designed for relaxation and connection.

Kwena Villas

In addition to the main Lodge, Kwena Lodge offers seven exclusive villas. Nestled adjacent to the Lodge, each villa ensures absolute privacy and ample space for families and groups of friends. These three and four-bedroom villas boast an open-plan design, seamlessly integrating a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The highlight is the expansive wraparound deck, providing breath-taking views of the valley and mountains.

- Kwena Villas exclusively caters to adults and children above the age of 12.

Lehele Villas

Gondwana’s Lehele Villas provide a child friendly, home-like haven, perfect for families seeking comfort and tranquillity while on safari. Nestled in a remote location, these villas ensure complete privacy, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the stunning Cape Fynbos environment and observe passing wildlife. Each villa, boasting three to four ensuite bedrooms, offers spacious interiors characterized by double-volume lounge and dining areas complemented by wood-burning fireplaces. The seamless flow from these areas opens onto a charming wraparound deck, revealing breath-taking views of the valley and mountains beyond.

- Our families with children staying at Lehele Villas make use of Lehele child-friendly Lodge.
- Full Board Guests self-drive to Lehele Lodge, or opt for rates that include onsite transfers to and from Lehele Lodge, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and game drives on roads suitable for 2×4 vehicles.
- The Lehele Villas are located about 10km from Kwena Lodge with a 15-30 minute driving time along a scenic drive through Gondwana’s Big5 Reserve.

Ulubisi House

Nestled within a 1000-hectare protected area dedicated to endangered species, Ulubisi House accommodates either 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.
