The Gondwana team underwent a comprehensive training program to ensure everyone was trained in all required sanitizing and social distancing measures prescribed for the travel industry. We have modified our guest service to ensure the safety of our guests and staff as a priority while still providing a truly authentic Gondwana experience. Our operating procedures have been updated in line with the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) COVID-19 guidelines and implemented across every touch point of the guest experience.
